1. Ownership & Intellectual Property (The “Anti-Theft” Shield)
“All content on DanceMingle, including but not limited to dance choreography videos, tutorials, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Abhishek Roy. Strictly Prohibited: Any unauthorized downloading, recording, re-uploading, or commercial use of our content for profit or personal gain will be subject to legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.”
2. Subscription & Access (The “No-Refund” Rule)
“By purchasing the All-In-One-Subscription, users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for personal learning only. Sharing account credentials with others is a violation of these terms. As this is a digital service with immediate access to proprietary content, all payments are final and non-refundable.” Users under 18 must have parental consent to subscribe.
3. Data Collection & Privacy (The “Razorpay-Ready” Rule)
“We collect only necessary information (Name, Email, and Payment Data via Razorpay) to provide access to our features. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. All financial transactions are processed securely through Razorpay; DanceMingle does not store your credit card or UPI details on our servers.”
4. Liability Waiver (The “Safety” Rule)
“Dance involves physical activity. By using this site, you agree that you are performing these moves at your own risk. DanceMingle/Abhishek Roy shall not be held liable for any physical injuries or health issues arising from the practice of the tutorials provided on this platform.”
5. Jurisdiction (The “Home Ground” Rule)
“Any legal disputes or challenges related to DanceMingle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.”
