1. Digital Content “Immediate Access” Rule
“DanceMingle provides digital, non-tangible, irrevocable goods. By purchasing the All-In-One-Subscription, you receive immediate access to our premium dance features. Consequently, all sales are final and non-refundable.“
2. The “No-Refund” Trigger
“Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Dissatisfaction with the dance styles or features.

Accidental purchases or change of mind.

Lack of usage of the platform after purchase.

Technical issues on the user’s end (e.g., slow internet or incompatible devices).”
3. Cancellation of Subscription
“Users can cancel their subscription at any time via their account to prevent future billing. However, cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing cycle. Access will remain active until the end of the paid period.”
4. Exceptional Circumstances
“Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of Abhishek Roy in the event of a proven double-payment due to a technical error in our payment gateway (Razorpay). In such cases, the refund will be processed minus any transaction fees.”
5. Policy Acceptance
“By completing your purchase on dancemingle.in, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and agree to waive your right to a refund.”
